The 730 Hodiamont Avenue project will be a six story building with eight 1 bedroom apartments are each floor.  This community will be for Seniors that can no longer maintain a single family home and is in need of a 1 bedroom apartment with no maintenance.  Seniors for this community will have a support system in place that will come to their home daily to assistance with light chores, meal prep assistance and help with mail and correspondence if needed.

Your Help Is Needed:
In order to provide this service and build this community, donations are needed in order to provide this service to these seniors who are in need of this style of community and keep the cost affordable to them as well.  Most senior communities require you to be 65 years of age (by government standards).  We would like to keep this a private community in order to help seniors starting at 60 years of age that  would like to live independently, have a support team come to them daily and assist with any ailments such as, accucheck, blood pressure check and visiting nurse for monitoring these ailments.

Our Goal:
The goal is to privately fund this project and if we are successful in obtaining 175,000 donors at a donations rate of $50 each, we can begin and complete the construction with a state of the art blue print from start to finish.
